Terms of Use

1. The service

validio is an order and warranty tracking platform for digital product keys, accounts and subscriptions sold by independent sellers. We provide tracking, record-keeping and communication tools only.

2. Customers

• Tracking is free and requires no account. A customer login is optional and is created by the seller or admin.
• Keep your Order ID and any delivered credentials private.
• Purchases, payments, delivery, refunds and support are between you and the seller. Verify the seller before paying.

3. Sellers

• Seller accounts are granted after a basic review by the admin and may be refused, suspended or removed at any time. Registration is not a verification or endorsement of the seller.
• Membership: the first month is free for sellers registered by the admin or through an offer link; otherwise the first month is charged at the published rate, followed by the monthly fee. Fees are non-refundable.
• Sellers must register every sale truthfully, deliver what they sell, and handle service, replacement and refund requests promptly.
• Referral commissions are paid at the admin's discretion once the referred seller is approved on a paid plan.
• Fraud, fake products, non-delivery or misuse of customer data, once verified from a report, leads to removal and a permanent block from the platform, and may be reported to authorities. We do not handle money and do not refund customers on a seller's behalf.

4. Our role & liability

Sellers and customers are responsible for sales and services; we are only a tracking company. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between a seller and a customer, or from reliance on data entered by sellers.

5. Content & data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We may remove content that is unlawful or violates these terms. See our Privacy Policy.
