How to buy safely from sellers on validio

1. Registered is not verified

Every seller on this site has an account after a basic review by our admin. That is all it means. We cannot prove whether a seller is genuine. An order that tracks here only tells you the seller is registered — it is not a guarantee of honesty, delivery or support. Sellers sometimes commit fraud, so be aware.

2. Verify the seller from your side

• If you are a regular customer of that seller and have received products before, buy from them.
• If you are new to the seller, ask for an Order ID from this site before paying and check it on the tracking page. Do not pay a seller who cannot show orders tracking here.
• Ask for the seller's name exactly as it appears on this site, their Telegram/Instagram, and how long they have been selling.
• Start with a small amount, and pay only what you can afford to risk.
• Prefer delivery through this site (login details, redeem code or link on your order after sign-in), so there is a record.

3. What we can and cannot do

Sellers and customers are responsible for sales and services; we are only a tracking company. We never handle any money between you and the seller, so if a seller cheats you we cannot help with refunds. What we can do: after verifying your report, we can remove that seller and permanently block them from the platform, so they cannot cheat others under the same account.

4. If something goes wrong

• Contact the seller first and give them a reasonable time to respond.
• Sign in to your order and raise a service, replacement or refund request — the seller sees it and its status is recorded.
• Still no help? Report the seller with your Order ID, chat and payment screenshots (JPG, under 200 KB each).

5. Keep your details private

Names on the public tracking page are masked. Your delivered login, code or link is shown only to you after sign-in. Never share your Order ID, password or delivered credentials with anyone else.
