Sellers and customers are responsible for sales and services; we are only a tracking company. We are not a party to any transaction and accept no liability for loss arising from a purchase.
"Registered seller" only means the seller has an account on this site after a basic admin review. It is not a verification and not a guarantee — we cannot prove whether a seller is genuine, and sellers sometimes commit fraud. Verify the seller from your side before paying; if you are a regular customer of a seller, buy from them.
Verify sellers yourself. If a seller commits fraud with you, we cannot help with refunds because we do not handle any money between customers and sellers. Use Report a seller: after verification we can remove the seller and permanently block them from the platform.
