Go to the tracking page and enter your Order ID (format ORD-YYYY-#####), your mobile number, email or product serial.
No. We cannot prove whether a seller is genuine. An order tracking here only means the seller is registered on this site. Sellers sometimes commit fraud, so verify the seller from your side before paying. If you are a regular customer of that seller, buy from them; if not, ask for an Order ID here first and be careful with the amount.
If the seller delivered them through this site, log in with the email or mobile the seller registered and open your order — they are shown only to you.
Contact the seller first. You can also raise a service, replacement or refund request from your order after login, and report the seller to us if they do not respond.
No. We never handle money between customers and sellers, so if a seller cheats you we cannot refund you. What we can do: after verifying your report, remove the seller and permanently block them from the platform. Sellers and customers are responsible for sales and services; we are only a tracking company.
Registration is by private invitation link only. Applications are reviewed manually by the admin before activation.
Sellers registered by the admin get the first month free; otherwise the first month is charged at the published rate, then a monthly fee (₹200 or $2). Referring other sellers earns a commission on each approved referral.
