Privacy Policy

Information we hold

• Customers: name, and where the seller provided it, phone, email and city; order details, warranty dates, service requests; and, if a login was created, a hashed password. Delivered logins, codes and links are stored encrypted.
• Sellers: business name, contact person, email, mobile, city, social handles, membership and payment records.
• Visitors: lookups on the tracking page are rate-limited by IP address; contact messages and seller reports (including any images you attach) are stored with the sender's details.

How it is used

To show order and warranty status, let sellers and customers communicate about an order, run seller memberships and referrals, and review reports. We do not sell personal data.

What is public

The public tracking page shows only the order's product, status, validity, the customer's first name as entered, and the seller's brand name. Contact details of sellers and customers are never shown publicly.

Cookies

A session cookie is used for logins only. No advertising trackers are used.

Retention & requests

Records are kept as long as needed for tracking and legal purposes. To correct or delete your data, contact us with your Order ID.
