About validio

validio runs validio, an independent order & warranty tracking service. Sellers who register here (after a basic admin review) record each sale here and hand the customer an Order ID. With that Order ID (or their mobile / email) the customer can see, at any time, the order's progress, the warranty validity with a live countdown, service history and — after login — the credentials or codes delivered to them.

What we do

• Register sellers after a basic admin review. Registration is not a guarantee — we cannot prove any seller is genuine.
• Track orders (placed → processing → delivered) and warranty validity in months, days or hours.
• Keep delivered logins, codes and links private to the customer.
• Record service, replacement and refund requests between customer and seller.

What we do not do

We do not sell any product, collect payment for products, or deliver them. Every sale is a direct agreement between the seller and the customer. Sellers and customers are responsible for sales and services; we are only a tracking company. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms.

Buying safely

We cannot verify sellers from our side. An order tracking here only means the seller is registered with us; sellers sometimes commit fraud, so be aware. If you are a regular customer of that seller, buy from them; otherwise verify the seller yourself, ask for an Order ID here first, and pay only what you can afford to risk. If a seller cheats you we cannot help with refunds — we never handle any money — but report the seller: after verification we remove them and permanently block them from the platform.
